We know it's taking too long to answer your calls

There have been long wait times recently when you have rung the Novopay Service Centre. We apologise for the inconvenience and can assure you we are doing our best to answer calls as quickly as possible.

We understand that sometimes you don't have a choice about when you call.

But it may help you to know that the busiest times are in the morning and lunch hour.

There are fewer calls after 1pm, and calls tend to be answered more quickly if you ring after this time.
