Some schools have experienced submission errors today, 1 August 2022, when making pay details changes and have seen an error message: “Employment Status Group Code is invalid”.
To fix this error please log out of EdPay, clear the cache, and log back in to EdPay and this should resolve the error.
To clear the cache in Chrome
Hold down Shift, Control and Delete to open the Clear browsing data window.
Select Last 24 hours from the drop-down box, select all three boxes, and choose clear data.
