As you know, it's one of the busiest times of the year and your dedicated payroll adviser has a lot of tickets to get through. You can help by using the dedicated Start of Year screens for adding allowances and changing job details rather than sending in a form or using EdPay. That's because the Start of Year screens are largely automatic, but forms and EdPay still take some of our team members' time during the EOY / SOY period.
We'll be processing through the extra work as quickly as possible, and we'll make sure we prioritise your pay-impacting instructions first. If you've already sent a form, don't worry - we have it and we'll process it asap.
