Technical Problem with Footprints

We have experienced a technical issue which causes certain tickets to be repeatedly re-submitted into Footprints, so some schools are receiving multiple confirmation emails from Novopay.

We have fixed the issue, but there is a backlog with ticket processing, so these schools may still continue to receive multiple confirmation emails until this backlog has been completely cleared.

This backlog also causes delays with ticket processing.

We apologise for any inconvenience this issue has caused.
