Novopay Online is currently intermittent

We are aware there is an issue with Novopay Online. The service is intermittent and some users are experiencing trouble launching the login screen.

If you need to submit a correction to your draft SUE for the current pay period and you cannot access Novopay Online. Email your form to Support@novopay.govt.nz for the current pay period with this heading in the subject line: "Priority instruction 3 June 2016".

We are working to fix this problem.
