More information in your daily status report

Good morning

From today, you may see more open tickets in your daily status report than usual. This is because the daily status report now displays all open tickets submitted via your authorised user email address within the last three pay periods.

Having this extra detail means you can track and assess the status of your open tickets from the information provided in the report.

All other information on the daily status report remains unchanged.
