Issue using timesheet codes in Novopay Online timesheets

There has been an issue with using overtime codes in Novopay Online timesheets. This has now been resolved and overtime codes can now be used in Novopay Online.

Users with multiple jobs (ie across more than one school) unable to book leave in Novopay Online

This issue has now been resolved.

A recent audit has identified two areas relating to access to the system which don't meet best practise. To address this the following changes have been made:

  • When entering timesheets for a principal please complete a form and send it to the Service Centre. Payroll administrators are not able to enter timesheets for the principal in Novopay Online.
  • When booking leave for a principal please complete a NOVO12 form and send it to the Service Centre. The form needs to be signed by a member of the school's board of trustees. Payroll administrators will not be able to book leave for the principal in Novopay Online.

These changes are effective immediately.
