Draft SUE Report

This week's draft SUE report may not reflect all of the forms you have submitted to the Novopay Service Centre.  We are still processing pay instructions, and have not been able to process them all in time for the draft SUE.  Our apologies for that.

If you are concerned about a form that is not reflected in your draft SUE, please first check whether the ticket relating to that form is listed in your "Daily Status of Your Tickets" email. You only need to ring the Service Centre if a form is not listed there .
We are continuing our processing, and we expect to be able to complete all correct forms in time for Pay Period 24.
