High call volumes at Service Centre

The Novopay Service Centre is experiencing high call volumes today, with longer wait times before calls are being answered.
 
If your call is not urgent, please wait until later in the day to ring - or try again tomorrow.

You do not need to call again regarding callbacks from yesterday.  A separate team is working on these, and we expect to complete yesterday's callbacks today.
 
We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
