We are experiencing delays at the Service Centre today, 25 August 2014

Good afternoon.

This alert is to advise you that we are experiencing a technical fault at the Service Centre today. This means you may experience longer than normal wait times to reach us by phone and email. We apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

We have temporarily diverted calls to our Christchurch office while we work urgently to resolve this, however, since today is paper closedown for Pay Period 12, our call volumes will likely remain higher than normal. If you have a general query not related to this pay period, please wait to call us later this week, if possible.

If your matter is urgent, and you cannot reach us by phone, please contact us by email on support@novopay.govt.nz.
